When we meet (virtually or in person), my job is to listen first. You don’t need to come to our calls perfectly prepared or know all the wedding lingo. I meet you where you are and help you move forward from there.

Communicating with your vendor team before the big day so they’re all aligned (and not asking you questions mid-makeup!)
Checking in with your wedding party to make sure everyone’s on the same page and feeling ready
You can think of me like the air traffic controller: calmly coordinating every moving piece, making sure nothing crashes into each other, and keeping your runway clear so you can take off into marriage with peace.
What Wedding Day Looks Like with Me by Your Side
Here’s what you can expect when I show up on the morning of your wedding:
I check in with you (and your partner, separately if needed) first thing to make sure you’re calm, grounded, and have everything you need.
I do a sweep of the venue—checking tables, chairs, signage, bathrooms, florals, and even the candles to make sure everything is set to go.
I keep vendors on schedule and communicate between them, so you don’t have to answer a single logistical question.
I manage transitions throughout the day—getting you hidden before guests arrive, cueing the DJ for your ceremony music, guiding your family for photos, and keeping your reception timeline moving without it feeling rushed.
I anticipate problems before they become problems—sewing a button back on a suit jacket, moving a ceremony inside due to weather, or handing your grandma a bottle of water during family photos.
I stay through key moments (or the entire event, depending on your package), checking in with you, your family, and your guests to make sure everything feels joyful and relaxed.

I take the time to introduce myself to your parents, officiant, photographer, and DJ—so they all know I’m the go-to person and they can relax. I advocate for your vision while also being kind and communicative with everyone involved.
I’m a team player through and through. If your maid of honor needs help taping her dress, I’m on it. If your dad isn’t sure where to stand for the processional, I’ll walk him through it with zero stress.
