Pine, Cedar & Aspen: New Names, Same Calm Wedding Day Support

If you’ve browsed our wedding coordination packages recently, you may have noticed a few changes — most notably, our new package names: Pine, Cedar, and Aspen.

While the services you love are still here, we’ve given each package a fresh name that better reflects who we are, where we’re from, and what you can expect on your wedding day.

At Northwoods Event Services, we specialize in calm, grounded wedding coordination across Wisconsin — and we wanted our package names to reflect that feeling.

Why Tree Names?

Our business was born in the heart of Wisconsin, where the pine forests and winding trails of the Northwoods inspire everything we do. Nature is calm, steady, and quietly powerful — and that’s exactly the kind of energy we bring to every wedding we support.

So we swapped the generic “virtual” or “full-day” names for something more meaningful — names that symbolize the kind of wedding support you can count on: rooted, flexible, and intentional.

The New Packages (And What They Mean for You)

🌲 Pine – Virtual Wedding Planning Support

Formerly our Virtual Planning Package, Pine is perfect for couples planning from afar or keeping things simple but intentional.

Through four strategic virtual meetings, we’ll cover:

  • Your wedding day timeline

  • Vendor communication

  • Wedding party coordination

  • Marriage license planning
Plus, you’ll get access to our exclusive client toolbox — a set of trusted planning resources designed to keep things stress-free and on track.

Whether you’re eloping in the woods, planning a backyard celebration, or just want expert eyes on your timeline, Pine gives you everything you need — no matter where you are.

🌿 Cedar – 5 Hours of On-Site Coordination

Cedar is ideal for couples who want dedicated support on the wedding day and expert guidance beforehand.

In addition to four virtual meetings and full timeline management, this package includes:

  • Five hours of on-site coordination

  • Rehearsal guidance

  • Setup supervision

  • Vendor + wedding party liaison

  • Guest support

  • On-site emergency kit

Think of Cedar as the solid middle ground: you’re doing the planning, but I’m right there when it matters most — handling the details so you can stay present and peaceful.

🍂 Aspen – 10 Hours of On-Site Coordination

Aspen is our most in-depth package, designed for couples who want start-to-finish support on their wedding day.

You’ll get:

  • Ten hours of on-site coordination

  • Everything included in Cedar (plus more time to breathe!)

  • Seamless timeline execution

  • Vendor, guest, and decor management

  • Calm presence from beginning to end

Whether you're planning a large celebration or just want to fully relax knowing someone’s got your back, Aspen lets you enjoy every single moment.

What Changed? (Just the Names)

If you’ve worked with us before, or were comparing packages, here’s a quick breakdown:

  • Pine = former Virtual Package

  • Cedar = former Partial Day Package

  • Aspen = former Full Day Package

We’ve simply aligned our names with our values and brand: calm, nature-inspired, and rooted in intentional service.
